Community Partnerships
YMCA Camp Greenville
Following the example of Christ, builds healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
With camper cabins nestled among the trees, regular pruning and inspection of the trees is essential for safety. Schneider participates in 4 volunteer weekends a year to do prunings and removals of unsafe trees. We also support Camp Greenville through regular donations.
Tree's Greenville
Tree's Greenville was formed in 2005 to help preserve the quality of life that has attracted so many residents and businesses to the upstate.
Keeping Greenville's trees green and healthy is what we're all about. Schneider's parnership with Tree's Greenville has included donating trees for silent auctions, promoting membership in our mailings and treating trees at planting sites. Scott Carlson, one of our arborists, serves on the board.
Greenville Council of Garden Clubs
The purpose of the Greenville Council of Garden Clubs, Inc. is to promote the love of gardening. The Council of Garden Clubs maintains Kilgore-Lewis house and several areas of beauty and tranquility in Greenville.
The Garden Club has hosted our company wide training day at Kilgore-Lewis House and we pruned and shaped a lot of trees! We also sponsor the Club's Arbor Day activities and donate wood chips for various projects.
Safe Harbor, Inc
Safe Harbor is a 24-hour emergency shelter and crisis line for victims of domestic violence. Safe Harbor provides a safe place to find acceptance, peace and support in rebuilding shattered lives.
Schneider Tree is proud to support the work of Safe Harbor by donating mulch to renovate their playground and landscaping.
Mountain View Elementary School
