As recent customers of Schneider Tree Care, we would like to extend our gratitude for the fullness cooperation that was given to us.

First, we had the privilege of speaking to Mr. Kurt Schneider in reference to setting up a schedule for discussing maintenance yard work and also cleaning up and repairing damage that was needed on our premises due to an unfortunate accident that occurred. We were surprisingly satisfied how well treated and professionally spoken to concerning this matter.

Not only was our request for appointments resolved in a very short period of time, we were also given a very delightful and knowledgeable crew to carry out our requests. On Wednesday, September 30th, and Thursday, October 1st we were assigned Crew #4 under Mr. Omar Pluma. Mr. Pluma coordinated his team leaving no loose ends. In this day and time you don’t find many workers that are thorough and conscientious of their job along with respect towards other people’s property.

We wish all other companies’ employees would treat us in this manner. Therefore, consider this letter our deepest appreciation for their services and please congratulate Mr. Pluma and all his crew.

Dear Mr. Brown,

I am writing to let you know how pleased I am with the service that Scott Carlson gives us. We have worked with Scott in various ways. Not only has he provided our Garden Club, at the Cliffs at Glassy, with wonderful presentations but he has gone out of his way to do little extras for me when I have been in a time crunch. I called him at the last minute and asked if he personally would trim three Japanese Maples that were to be photographed as part of a garden photo session. My husband said I didn’t need to do it because it looked fine. Scott got the job done despite the fact the weather forced him to come back a second time. My husband was shocked to see how architectural beautiful the trees looked when Scott was finished. My husband took all his words back.

To me, Scott truly is Schneider Tree Service. I don’t know you or anyone else at this company but obviously someone had the good sense to hire this man. Hang on to him and treat him well. Oh, and by the way, I can always get him on his cell phone. Another great asset.
