Ryan connected with our President, Brandon Brown, while still at Clemson University. They developed a strong friendship that led Ryan to join our crew after graduating in 2011. Ryan has a passion for tree and shrub care and he enjoys helping his clients in achieving their landscape goals. Ryan married his beautiful wife, Ally in 2011 and they have two spunky dogs, Sammy and Easton. When Ryan is not diagnosing your trees and shrubs, you can find him with his family, on the golf course, at his church Newspring, or watching Clemson Football.

Nate, originally from Dana, North Carolina, is the Division Manager for our Charleston location. He attended Appalachian State University. Nate has been in the Green Industry for more than 15 years and a member of Schneider Tree Care for almost 5 years. Nate’s favorite part of being an Arborist is having the ability to create appealing and healthy outdoor spaces. Nate and his wife Liz have 2 children, Cooper and Maclaine, and Mason the dog. In his free time, Nate enjoys fly fishing, backpacking, bird hunting, golf, and exploring the Lowcountry with his family. Nate is very involved in the community, being a member of Executive Associate of Greater Charleston, East Cooper Coastal Conservation Association, South Carolina Waterfowl Association, Trees SC, International Society of Arboriculture, and Charleston Area Appalachian State Alumni Association.

Scott was raised in Greenville and is a graduate of J.L. Mann high school where he played soccer. He went on to graduate from Clemson University and began his career in the Green Industry, and joined Schneider Tree Care in 2004. After one semester of Business Management at Clemson, Scott decided he wanted a job that got him into the great outdoors and involved a lot less math. Now, he enjoys interacting with people and helping them take care of their trees and shrubs. He is married to Susan and they have two beautiful daughters. Scott enjoys running triathlons and DIY projects around the house. He is also on the Board at Trees Greenville.

Ryan heads up our Charlotte, NC office. He and his wife are currently raising 6 children, two of which have been adopted through the foster care system. One is still working through the system towards adoption and one is simply benefitting from their loving home. The whole family goes on hikes, even though most legs are really short right now.

In 2009, Chris became a member of Schneider Tree Care and a certified Arborist in 2010. He loves being outside and working with trees. Originally from Mercer, Pennsylvania, Chris now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina. He attended Butler Community College, Bethany College Lindsborg, and received his masters from the University of Pheonix in Information Systems. Chris and his wife have a handsome son, Tucker. He enjoys playing golf and spending time on the golf course with his son, and is a certified indoor cycling instructor.

In 1982, Luther began his career in the Green Industry, obtained his ISA certification in 1996, and joined the Schneider Tree Care team as Co-Owner in 2000, partnering with Erich Schneider. Luther enjoys meeting new people and having different challenges to solve. As a Greenville Native and graduate of The Citadel, Luther has served on several boards, including Trees SC and YMCA Camp Greenville. Luther also has his masters of divinity. He and his wife Sherri have four beautiful children. He enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Josh joined the Schneider Tree Care team in 2014 and works out of our Greenville and Charlotte offices as a Sales Arborist and as the Division Manager in the Charlotte office. He enjoys helping clients care for their trees and shrubs. Josh is from Greenville, South Carolina, and he attended American Intercontinental University. Josh and his beautiful wife Cassie have six children. When Josh isn’t helping clients solve their tree and shrub care problems, he is spending time with his family and working around the house.

Wes grew up in Hilton Head, South Carolina, but calls the small town of Clinton, SC home. He is one of our Sales Arborists at our Charlotte, NC office, and he has been in the Green Industry for sixteen years. Before he joined our team at Schneider, Wes was a Touring Golf Professional off and on for six years. Wes has two children, Hailey and Lucas, and is married to his longtime sweetheart, Lauran. When he isn’t busy taking care of trees in the urban environment, Wes likes cooking, playing golf, salt-water fishing, spending time with his family, and bird shooting.

Stephen Kramer is the Director of Safety and Training for the Schneider Tree Care team; he is also a Certified Arborist and Certified Treecare Safety Professional. He spent most of his life in Minnesota, along with several years in Colorado and abroad. He attended Minnesota State University, Mankato, and he has a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation, Parks, and Leisure Services with an emphasis on Resource Management. He has been with the company since August 2013, and he is passionate about supporting, training, and encouraging safety and efficiency. Stephen loves the Treecare Industry because of how it is continually using and adapting technology for the field; he also has a love of rope, knots, and everything related. When Stephen is not working hard teaching and encouraging the men on his team, you can find him reading, backpacking, traveling, and photographing landscapes. He and his lovely wife, Melissa, have two daughters, Ellie and Adelaide.

Brian is a Certified Arborist and Certified Pesticide Applicator with eight years of experience. He manages the Tree and Shrub Care operations in Greenville and gives weekly talks about various tree and pest issues to the entire company. He has a wife and two daughters. Brian follows Kansas basketball and Panthers football.
